To ensure a fair, transparent and smooth experience for all our customers, we’ve outlined our return, exchange, and refund policies below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
No Money Refund Policy
BLUECHERRIE does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns are refunded in the form of Store Credit only.
Sale Orders & Discount Codes
• Sale items are not eligible for return.
• Size exchange is allowed for sale products, subject to stock availability.
• A ₹99 exchange fee applies to all sale item exchanges.
• Coupon codes cannot be used during sale periods.
Failed Pickup Policy
If the courier attempts pickup twice and both attempts fail, customers are requested to self-ship the product.
• For exchanges via self-ship → No compensation.
• For returns via self-ship → No deduction will be made from your Store Credit.

Exchange Policy (Size ONLY)
Exchange Window:
Requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Items must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
• Wrong size
• Wrong item received
• Manufacturing defect
Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Innerwear
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Customised/personalised items
Exchange Charges:
• Reverse shipping fee: ₹99
• Second exchange for the same product: ₹199
• Second-time returns are not allowed
Process:
Request → Pickup → Quality Check → Exchange dispatch
Processing time: 10–15 working days
Stock Availability:
If the requested size is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued.
Important:
Direct product-to-product exchanges are not allowed.
If you want a different item, please place a return → receive Store Credit → reorder.
Pickup Not Available at Your Pincode:
Customers must self-ship the product.
Return Policy (Apparel Only)
Return Window:
Requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Innerwear
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Customised items
Return Charges:
A deduction of ₹149 applies for reverse shipping.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued as Store Credit only.
Store Credit Validity:
1 year
Store Credit Rules:
• Store Credit cannot be used together with coupon codes.
• Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pickup Not Available at Your Pincode:
Customer must self-ship.
Damaged / Wrong Product Policy
• Customers must contact BLUECHERRIE within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged or incorrect product.
• Clear unboxing videos and photos of the product + packaging are required for verification.
• After verification, BLUECHERRIE will arrange either:
– A replacement, OR
– Store Credit, based on customer preference
• No handling fee (₹149) will be deducted for such cases.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
This helps us maintain efficient processing, fair inventory flow, and consistent service quality.
